In the early summer, everything is in full bloom. With the last piece of concrete of the top plate successfully poured, the Phase I construction project for Accelink high-end Opto-electronic Device Industrial Campus was fully topped out 15 days earlier than the scheduled construction period, marking a solid step towards the completion and operation of the project.
For the future development and production of high-end opto-electronic products, Accelink officially launched the Phase I construction project for industrial base of high-end optoelectronic device which took 7 months to achieve the full topping-out of Phase I plant in October 2022.
The project is located in Wuhan Donghu Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, with a total construction area of 158,000m2, mainly including 10 buildings such as office buildings, clean plants, R&D centers, automated warehouses, power centers and other auxiliary buildings. The main buildings of the project have been structurally topped out and are expected to be completed and put into operation in the first half of next year.
As the world’s leading R&D manufacturer of optoelectronic devices and modules, the market share of Accelink ranks first in China and fourth in the world. After the project is completed and put into production, it will accelerate the pilot process verification and intelligent manufacturing process of high-speed devices and modules, and develop and produce high-speed optical modules and optical device products for 5G, F5G, 6G, and AI data center applications, with an estimated output value of up to RMB 10 billion, which is of great significance to the industrial upgrading of optical technology, and will further accelerate the Company to become one of the global pioneers and leading enterprises in optical device research and development.
